Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason you can return for store credit within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer pays return shipping unless item was damaged in transit. I do my absolute best to describe the item so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Q: When do new items get listed?
A: Every day! Items will get listed on the website first and then crosslisted to platforms like ebay and depop
Q: Can I shop in person?
A: Yes I have a showroom in West Chester PA 1230 Wrights Lane STE C West Chester PA. I am open to the public on select days (check Events & Pop-ups Tab for the updated days & times I am open) I am also open by private appointment email Kari@KarnetCreative.com or Text or Call 484-753-5015 to schedule.
Q: Can you shop for me?
A: Of course! I style regular clients monthly and can curate a wardrobe or even just an outfit for you. Email Kari@KarnetCreative.com to give me the scoop and I will let you know how I can help.
Q: How will I know if something will fit me?
A: In all listings I have measurements listed. If the garment has a size labeled I do include that but I encourage going off the measurements. As items are vintage or secondhand. They may have stretched or shrunk smaller in size than the labeled size. To know if a garment will fit I suggest finding a dress, shirt, pants in your closet that fits you well and comparing the measurements to the item listed online.
